Warranty & repair terms

• Qualifying repairs include a five-year warranty covering the parts fitted and the workmanship for that repair, subject to fair-use terms.
• Battery replacements include a 12-month warranty.
• Warranty covers faults related to the repair carried out, not later accidental damage, liquid damage after collection, or unrelated issues.
• Fair use includes normal daily use. Physical damage, unauthorised further repairs, and liquid ingress after collection are excluded.
• All devices are tested before return.
• Liquid-damaged devices carry an inherent risk; we will explain this before you decide.
• Proof of ownership may be required for certain services.
